​​Recognizing how hard it is in these uncertain and economically challenging times, I offer a sliding scale rate of 100 to 175 per full hour session when paying out of pocket. I can also assist in the process of requesting a prior authorization, and getting reimbursement, if I am not in network with your insurance provider.

I currently accept Moda, Providence, PacificSource Commercial (not OHP/CommSolutions), and Regence BCBS insurance plans. Please check with your insurance company to ensure your specific plan is covered.

For insurance companies not listed above, you can submit a Superbill, which I can provide you with, to your insurance company for partial if not full reimbursement.
Please check with your insurance company about their out-of-network policies.
